All patients of Fernbank Surgery are allocated a named GP at the time of registration. You can see this GP or anyone of the other GP Partners, Salaried Doctors, Training Doctors or our Nurse Clinician. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please contact reception and ask the reception staff to check which GP you are registered with.
